TEST RESULTS –

TWIN RING MOTEGI.

For my first test drive in the acura I thought I would go to Motegi East to see what it feels like for a overall feel for the car, the car felt very stable and had a decent launch of the line it had a good top speed for short/medium tracks and the grip was good and didn’t feel any problems with
this car, did a lap of 1.37.001 placed me at 543th.

CATALUNYA NATIONAL

Next up I went to Catalunya National to see what it would be like on a medium speed circuit, off I went and looked to push the car as much as possible from the 1st lap the car was handling very well couldn’t fault it at all, with the car gripping so well and me pushing the car to my limits I felt comfortable hitting mid/high 1.24s my best lap recorded was a 1.24.572 which put me 399th

IBERIAN SHORT

For the final test I thought id test it on a short grippy track, the car didn’t feel the best here but it was good the handling was good but it didn’t have enough grip for me to take advantage of the track (but this is my driving style) all in all the car did well and I did a time on the track which was a 47.565 which put me at 104th.

The car has good speed for medium tracks, it will have a good battle with lobby cars when you go into the public hoppers, but it will get beat by the leader board cars, I think this car is a great medium lobby car.

Unfortunately there has not been a paint done but keep your eyes peeled as there may be something for this car very soon.

So after a good few test sessions with this car, if recommend the members of the forum to try this as it will be a good lobby tune for medium circuits, I have had a lot of fun driving this car and set 3 pb’s and a top 105 time.

All in all 8/10

Not trying to be funny here but how much lobby racing have you been doing to deem whether or not this would be suitable? Those times are more than a second slower than cars i've put together and i'm quite frankly awful at it. Even taking the muscle cars into consideration a good car should at least be getting there or there about the 250 mark should it not?

I shall go and try them out for myself to see as i'm becoming fond of B class and i like my hondas.

You might have a point there Mike. I can beat those times by at least half a second within two flying laps in my five minute thrown together RS500.

Must be worth a 12/10 I reckon

Remember guys times are subjective on reviews, its more about getting a description of the car and a feel from the text, not just is x faster than y......

if u want proper laps then i would run proper laps i run it and test them with competitors online, its not like i get 4/5 clean laps to run the fastest lap,

and with so many dodge darts and that there its not easy to just go 2 laps wack top 50

Guys at the end of the day as already said reviews are solely the opinion of the reviewer and should only be seen as that.

To test the cars buy them yourselves or just accept these are the times set by grim. And move on and not buy the tune.

As said grim see it as feedback not direct negativity as reviews bring another dimension to the fmuk tuning marketplace.

I'm hoping tomorrow will have my first up

you could of just searched for both and see if the car was on either of them, and if one didn't exist you could work out it's a spelling error and move on.
