FREE build and tune.NOaero escort cosworth

These are my build and tune settings for the no aero escort on my store.
i built it no aero as its different to all the grip tuned aero versions available and is a fairly good lobby car but no leaderboard car.

If this is the same non aero tune from your storefront this is a great car.

Good for most tracks it will 2nd last night at motegi east but only to a glitch camero.

Recommended build it buy it its great.

I'll second that, often surprises the inevitable gaggle of Civics and Elises to have a clunky old 90's Escort keeping up with them

Seems about right. i had a quick build of one last night and noticed the rear sits higher up by quite a margin (to be offset by the whaletail?). I would have won the race around sedona if i had one more lap as i was doing my test driving in its first race

not rude at all mate. i was thinking the same as i typed it up. wasnt sure if i had wrote the setting down on paper wrong. il check later but off memory theres a bit of an offset in ride heights naturally. i think front at 4 is minimum and rear is 1 click from minimum. il check i got it correct later tho.

checked ride height and i did have it correct. l know some tuners balance out ride height and would jack the front up to match the back but i dont get the logic in doing it as it will just make understeer u have to tune out elsewhere. my 2 pennies anyway

It certainly suprises them to see most of my POS cars beat them. For hopper use there are definitely a lot of cars that people wouldn't expect to be competitive but it requires broadening it to a general top 500 leaderboard time. You'll rarely if not ever beat the top cars but its fun trying. All of cossie's cars are better than what i have

Thanks - I'll give it a build tonight to see what fun I can have with it.
I have a pretty good all grip AWD one in my SF at the moment, I never even noticed the ride height difference when tuning. I always set it to minimum and work from there.

Thanx Cosworth King. I tried tuning this and it was miserable so I sold it. Tryed your tune and surprisingly beat my civic time on Mugelo. Thanx for sharing, ive also learnt a few things about tuning and now know why all my cars were oversteering as if they were sitting on a turntable. Thanx again.
